Attack MoveQuestion

So I was wondering when using the attack move button (default A) if it targets the nearest visible enemy, or just the nearest enemy. Because it seems like it could be a type of warding, or gank control by pressing the attack move, and then you would walk in the direction of the nearest enemy champ and escape a potential gank. Same question for Braum's W.

attack move applies only to visible enemies, you can not use it to check bushes

Okay so let me clarify how attack move works and the purpose of it. Attack move sends your character to the clicked location and once arriving, your character will automatically attack the closest, VISIBLE target. There are two reasons why players, especially adc mains, use attack move:

  1. Its great for kiting since you don't have to physically click on your targets, thus preventing mishaps like accidentally moving your character in the wrong direction.

  2. If you use attack move when you facecheck a brush/fog of war, your character immediately autoattacks the closest enemy in the bush. This gives you a much faster response rather than facechecking a bush, finding the enemy's position, and moving your cursor to click on them.
