What oddballs do surprisingly well in ARAM?

So far I've run into a few oddballs that did WAY better than I expected in ARAM.

These are ones that don't just do well but do exceptional.

One is Jax, he can so easily get in and out, hit hard while doing it, and focus out squishy poke type champions. I didn't expect someone like him to be so powerful in ARAM.

The other I recently took a liking to is HP regen Braum. I run heavy defensive masteries and rush out orb of winter (I buy the 4 parts out the gate) then buy merc treads+banshees+spirit visage (haven't had to build armor yet, no crazy ad teams). With the regen and shields he's able to constantly get in the enemies faces, when his HP gets down super low it doesn't even take him more than a minion wave to recover his ability to get in the enemy faces. His stun passive is also absolutely ace with a good team.
