Let's talk about ADC builds... seriously.

I love playing and a whole lot. Like hella alot. Like I'd stick my rod so far up... okay never-mind. The point is I love these adcs but what I hate the most is these stupid staple adc builds. Why do people not build on , hell even ? What I have been trying is 10% cd in runes, 5 in masteries, 15 from boots and 10 from . I've been testing this out on and it seems to work perfectly fine. What I do is rush , buy , then get . By then I have pretty decent damage, and 40% cd. So right after that I get since you know... tank meta yet again. All in all I feel like this build isn't bad. I can constantly q every 2.64 seconds.. I think it's real neat and fits the niche of what a true ad caster is supposed to be.. spamming abilities. Also his E is on a 6.6 cd.... So you can hop quite often. Any thoughts on my build? I know some people say is too good to pass up so why not build that with trinity but in the end still get ? Like I really think I am on to something here. I mean I haven't tried the build yet on but I know that 40% cd on him is amazing... not so sure about either so I need to test that out compared to boring and rush.. which to me does no damage may I add,

Just people around here. I play adc, and build botrk if i need to :/

But whenever I try, I get flamed with "tanks are OP, have high burst, can beat anyone 1v1 in ten seconds, LW and botrk won't do anything"

Eh... burst isn't good vs tanks... R.I.P DFG. Anyway, don't listen to them fools. Botrk and LW are your best friends atm... and Vayne xD

Be careful what you wish for...

The last ADC I saw on the forums who posted their match history was a Tristana who rushed BotRK, but then didn't get another damage item for the next 20 minutes or so... Her team's Ramus literally had more AD earlier and longer...

Ezreal - item 3042 item 3078 item 3158 item 3035 item 3072 item 3139

item 3508 is just a bad item in general, has the same build path as BT so why not just get BT instead? It's far more useful than ER becase of more lfesteal and the shield it gives helps with survivability in general. The reason why it's better to go IE PD on Lucian is because of his passive, especially late game.

Yeah I will agree getting BT is very good. But you trade the 10% lifesteal, and shield for 10%CD and mana sustain. In theory lower cd on Q is higher damage potential. My question is WHY is it a bad item. I mean I get it... the passive isn't doing anything to your survivability or damage but other than that I don't see the negatives of the item.

Here's a build for Lucian I've been messing with(In Purchase Order), give it a whirl and let me know what you think: item 3031 Then item 3087 ( item 3046 If you're super ahead early on, or don't want the extra burst/waveclear and gold from avarice) Then item 3153 Or item 3035 Or item 3142 Depending on what the situation is, and if no tanks or armor stacking, build: item 3072 for survivability in fights. Then: item 3078 -- And naturally if all things are going extra well for you and your team, sell your boots: item 3252 and try to get all the items I listed above.

You will be an absolute monster. And of course if the situation calls for it, item 3140 should DEFINITELY be purchased sometime before or after your third item. Depending on the champion and how confident you are in not getting locked down if you get caught out in a fight.

Essence reaver is just a bad item. If you can manage without the mana regen for the time it takes to buy the item, you'll easily be able to survive without ever getting it.
