I have never thought Swain would be the worst laner...

His damage is abysmal right now. Like it is a joke, his ult feels so crappy compared to the old one only hitting 3 targets. His E isnt getting maxed anymore, his Q is but the damage is super unreliable compared to his E. So not only are you maxing a utility spell (Q) it does less damage than his E. It's a joke how much damage he deals, and dear lord how squishy this guy is... I shouldnt have to spend a dickton of money on tanky items on someone like Swain. It's a joke... they said that the Q was oppressive in the tests... but this Jax at level 1 with just fervor and a dorans blade demolished me with 2 autos and a Q... what????
