How to handle a slow game as a jungle

I was wondering how all the other junglers do during those games where your allies have the enemy pushed to the point where a gank would be stupid on your part but for the most part everyone is just farming how do you try and keep up without ganks .

go counter-jungle or counter-gank

you can counter jungle, power farm your own jungle or even just push in a tower with your laner. an enemy laner pushed in dealing with a 1v2 or 2v3 isn't going to want to stay and will just back off.
