Supports

I main taric support a lot and while he is awesome it would be nice to have an alt support so i can switch things up i was originally thinking about adding thresh to my lineup but then i remembered i had Alistair and loved playing him although i havent played him in quite a while I was wondering if hes still a strong support ?
