What runes, masteries, jungle routes, items should I take and who counters him? Thanks for the feedback and advice! :)

Start gromp then blue then wolves first, and use armor seals, AP quints, maybe some MR glyphs, and definitely Magic Pen Marks because of E.

And watch for Warwick because his farming abilities are retarded strong and his Q does massive damage. Oh and take the 9-21-0 route and focus on Armor and some magic pen and take the CDR and the AP masteries. That should help but don't take my word for it.
