Press 'C' to bring up stats.

*Ctrl+C. Clicking C would make the stat only appearr when you hit the key.

Or you could set c to use your trinket, not have the stats set to a hot key, and just click the button when you get into game. This way you get use of a key that is in an easy to hit spot. You're welcome.
