I like extremely high mobility, bruiser-ish (doesn't get blown up), and scales EXTREMELY well into the late game. I like using CC, and if i can build 40% CDR, then that would be great too. I've been playing this game for a year, but I just can't find a champion that suits me. If anyone could help me out, that would be great.

Trundle and Udyr are great duelists and splitpushers later in the game and can become very durable. They both work very well with CDR and their CC, while somewhat limited can be very good in certain situations [i.e. Trundle pillar blocking a jungle path, Udyr stun letting him stay on enemies]. Their mobility isn't as great as some champions, but Udyr has a very nice, constant movement speed boost and Trundle's is over a significant area with a nice steroid (especially in the jungle). They deal a lot of consistent damage, so they are great for taking objectives.
Jax is another good splitpusher with an AoE stun, a defensive steroid, and a lot of damage. He is very strong late game, both in teamfights and splitpushing with good burst, sustained damage and mobility,
Riven requires quite a bit of skill and game knowledge to perform with optimally, moreso than most champions, but she can be very flexible when played well. High burst damage, decent CC, high mobility (especially with CDR), and decent survivability through her shield and lifesteal.
Hecarim scales very well with items (especially CDR and Sheen), can potentially heal a lot in fights (through his W), can initiate or disrupt teamfights, and is pretty mobile (E and R, though the cooldowns are pretty long).
Irelia is typically stronger in the mid game than late game in my experience, but she's also a good option. CDR is great for mobility, CC, and W uptime. Her Q can let her dash between minions to chase or juke (kill them for a reset) or to stick on enemy champions in a fight. And she only really needs Trinity Force to let her assassinate squishies for most of the game, so she can build defensively quite easily.
Perfect Summoner1 votesI have tried all of them for quite some time except for Trundle, Hecarim, and Udyr, but the main issue I have with them is that they cannot travel through walls/terrain. My positioning is terrible, so I try to remedy that mostly by improving as a player, but also playing champions who can make up for my lack of positioning skills with a dash/blink. I like Riven a lot, but my friend mains her, so I feel like a copycat. Also, when I play with him, I feel like I'm stealing his role and champion. I've tried Jax, but my main issue is that he has no AoE apart from his E. These are all great suggestions, and I'll probably go give these guys another chance. scales very well into the late game with high survivability and good consistent damage. His Q is a spammable slow which can make him hard to chase or escape, which is aided by the MS buff on his ultimate. He has a pretty safe laning phase if you know how to farm with your cleavers due to his durability and sustain.
is a good option, though you might have difficulties against ranged top laners unless you know how to proxy farm. He can become very hard to kill because of his high movespeed, defensive steroid, his various slows, and the fact he doesn't actually have to stop moving to hurt you.
has a strong midgame due to her ability to initiate, pick people off, and burst down squishy targets. She has good mobility and objective control, decent CC, and good damage.
Where do you have issues with positioning? During teamfights, roaming, or elsewhere? It's possible that you might just need better vision when wandering around later in the game.
Anyways, Trundle and Udyr don't really need to travel through terrain to escape. Trundle's pillar is great for blocking off paths to stop people from following you and his W gives a lot of movement speed while you're on it. Udyr, meanwhile, can alternate W and E for a spammable shield and MS buff, which makes him very hard to chase down or kill without some form of consistent CC.

I like Mundo as well, but he seems pretty boring to play. Walk around, throw cleaver, hit people, repeat. Perfect Summoner1 votesMy positioning issues mostly come up right after laning phase, and they continue for the rest of the game.I have a hard time figuring out on a macro level whether I should be split pushing, farming, or grouping with my team, but on a more micro-level, I get caught a ton. I always walk around and people/CC abilities pop out of bushes and kill me. Also, during teamfights, I tend to either go in too early and die, making my team lose a 4v5 fight that I already engaged, or I go in too late losing a 1v5 after my team lost a 4v5 already. Roaming is pretty tricky for me, as I can't accurately calculate whether or not we will be able to secure a kill from a gank. If you could give me some pointers on overall positioning, that would be absolutely amazing, but if you don't want to, I completely understand.
EndlessSorcerer1 votesEh, not really much I can give in the way of advice on that area, since it's extremely situational. I typically just judge it based on the current situation and my champion. There's probably a lot of forum threads on this topic,so I'd recommend skimming through them for advice.
