Rabadon's deathcap combo with Wooglet's Witchcap?
Would the combination of deathcap and wooglet stack with their passives?

Passives aren't named and the uniqueness comes from different items. It should stack if it were ever possible to get both items at the same time.
The biggest problem with this is that Wooglet's Witchcap and Rabadon's Deathcap are not available on the same maps. Witchcap is a replacement for Deathcap + Zhonya's on the Twisted Treeline and (IIRC) Crystal Scar.
