Quinn stuck in Valor form [GAMEPLAY]

I was playing Quinn adc with a Kench suport. Things were going fine until I ulted, and Kench swallowed me. My cool-down on my ult froze and I could not change back into Quinn form. I was able to cast skystrike once, but I was still in Valor form. Even after dying, I was still the bird. I had Quinn's passive, but Valor's abilities, and had Quinn's normal movement and attack speed.
