Stay positive!!
Everyone is complaining about Leagues community and how everyone is so toxic. when I find this to not be true. If you look around in life its easier to notice the toxic people then the positive ones. the same applies to league. Keep that in mind, but this isn't supposed to be a post on leagues community. its one on staying positive under any circumstance.
Its easy to fall victim to toxic players and lose sight on the true task at hand or to become that toxic player when you make mistakes. There is a few things i like to keep on my mind when something like this happens.
#1 Stay positive!
no matter the outcome. no matter the circumstances. Always stay positive!
#2 With every loss you gain a victory. Even the games you lose are not losses. If you let them.... Always think of what you could have done better. even if you were doing the best on your team. YOU MISSED SOMETHING that could have changed the outcome of the game. I
tee it. ( I recommend downloading a baronreplay or LOLrecorder to rewatch lost games. only focusing on yourself.)
#3 Laughing. This one may seem a little out there, but when you laugh at the people being toxic it keeps you from falling into their hands! Also games are meant to be fun right? Laugh at the toxicity and at your own mistakes, but at the same time don't go easy on yourself. make sure you fix those mistakes.
#4 Ignoring. If you find it to hard to laugh at the toxic ones......just ignore them. Mute button is your friend.
#5 Find a champion that you enjoy playing. No matter how you do. for me this champ is
. When I feel out of it or kinda down. I play Kat. simple to play. easy to do good with. Even when Im behind i enjoy her.
#6 If you're having a hard time In the real world. Try to avoid league. For example. If your Girlfriend just broke up with you and you are super depressed. avoid playing league competitively. Unless of coarse you have a champ like
and thats your way of revealing stress.
#7 Make league a stress reliever. This goes hand in hand with the last 2. If you cant make league relieve stress. Don't play it while stressed. This is a little harder to do, but once you master making league stress relief. It will become a whole new game! Again find that magical Champ you always do good with and always enjoy playing no matter what.

Music has always had an emotional connection to humans. Find something that keeps you upright and listen to it while playing or just when ever!
#9 take breaks. If its to much. take a break for a little while or till you feel like you are back to normal. Do something else you enjoy. Mine is playing guitar!
That's all i have! I am sure there are other things, but these are most impotent to me, BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE!!!!! Not only are these tips for league, but for real life as well. Everyone can be converted to real life situations.
