Does TF's Enhanced auto attacks from his W and E count has spell damage for things such as Liandry's

idk you could just go in a custom game and see if the minion gets debuffed i know the W counts as spell damage pretty sure the E does too but imo liandry's isnt good on TF so not really worth testing myself
