How to Transfer Files?

I am on my laptop right now and I made a bunch of item sets for my champions. When I asked a friend if those item sets would still be there when I go onto my desktop, they said no. They then said that I could transfer the League files onto a USB and do it that way but I have no idea how to do that. Any help?

its as simple as transferring any normal file to a usb. go to c drive right click rito games copy go to usb drive paste wait for transfer done
