Nasus loves sheen and actually scales a *tiny bit with AP -- could a build for jungle nasus go like:
Also, would the runeglaive cause Nasus' Q to farm several creeps at once, IE, all the little chickens?

Killing multiple things with the passive of Runeglaive does not grant Q stacks for all of them, just the one you target.
Jungle Nasus used to be a very good thing, but not any more. His reduced range on his W really hurt his ganking potential. Plus, you stack Q a lot more and faster in lane than in the jungle. Even Nasus's passive is better because you usually out-lane-sustain the person you are fighting.
Not good. Runeglaive deals AoE damage but will not grant Q stacks if killed along with the target you set your Q at. Same reason why 
isn't a viable choice for him too. You're better off getting 
for the slows, or 
if you're fed enough.
