I have always wanted to get good with her and have been having luck this season but I was wondering where to go as far as runes and masteries go....maybe I can get to where I dont quite as much trouble early game even though I know that she has always been that way.
Just looking for tips overall and stuff to maybe help some
Chortle1 votesThe best suggestion for her since she has no sustain to help her clear the jungle is to invest in some lifesteal/AD quints. I also like using AS reds with armor yellows and CDR/level blues (personal preference).
Starting red buff is probably your best bet. Smite when it reaches half health to get a nice heal and hopefully the rest of your first clear goes smoothly :]

That gives you the stun for jungling more exp and sustain at smiting red buff?

Chortle1 votesThe reason I have found red buff to be the best place to start for non-sustain junglers, is that it helps significantly with their clear times. Not only can you save your pots until your second camp due to the heal off of smite and HoT after killing Red, but now your AAs will burn the enemies which helps a great deal with your clear.
I'm sure there are other ways of jungling with non-sustain champs, but I feel starting red is the safe bet.

I have been using the jungle ap item this season because that 20% cdr on top of the ap is awesome but I think the ad one could work really well as well so idk

AS works well on Evelynn, but so does flat AD making either Warrior or Devourer nice enchantments.
Stalker's Blade is great for champions you can't seem to close the gap between.
Skirmisher's Blade is good if you plan on doing a lot of single target damage.
if you want to focus on farm, but as

Chortle1 votesI think right now Trailblazer is the most common for most people especially since the new jungle has been so rough to transition into and Ranger's allows for a safety net.

for the most God-like Ganks. Rangers is a good item but evelyn's q already helps out with the AoE.
