@AnyRioter Sions rework

From what I can tell this rework changes 2 things to their core and then throws a bunch of knock ups into his kit.

Awesome...So this technically makes 5 champions now that you have released sense yasuos release and you are just plying them all with knock ups. Will Taric get a rework with a knock up next? is that where its headed just ply kits with lots of knock ups? Because me and a ton of people I know have talked about this being a big issue and are afraid that its just going to keep heading in this direction.

Sion seems now to be tryndamere 2.0 with knock ups and instead of crit he just hits you for % max health. Plus he also still seems to have the exact same ap to ad crisis in his kit with the added capability of toggling his shield.

Also as far as yasuo goes every champion you release with knock ups is just a buff to him...he already has a lot of people who synergize with him and by doing this you are completely removing the concept of any yasuo ever having to rely on himself for a knock up. I have brought this issue up 3 times and each time a few weeks later bam another knock up. I want to continue bringing it up until a few things happen without plying people with knock ups as a solution or until I hear some sort of reasonable explanation behind the idea of every champion needing to be another buff to yasuo.

I agree with you. It seems like there has really been an explosion of champion displacement cc since they released Yasuo. It's troubling to me, since you can't defend against it. Tenacity, cleanse, quicksilver sash: none of it will help you against knockups or other displacement. You also stop dashes and jumps with displacement effects, which is another benefit it has over traditional cc like stuns or roots. It is just clearly superior, and as it becomes more prevalent, it becomes more problematic for defensive play.

Also, I agree that Sion seem to tread on a lot of existing champion toes now. He is a super Tryndamere with his passive, and you can't even hope to insta-gib him to get around it, like you can with Trynd. He does everything Malphite does, with a long range unstoppable AoE knockup engage, while having even more AoE cc to follow it up with.

I suppose Sion mains have been waiting for their moment in the sun, but I wish it didn't come by cloning and replacing existing champs.

He smashes the weapon in the ground. He is brutal. I hardly see a champion stunned by a gaze. It makes sense to me.

Yes I do see it. But for all of them knock ups make sense thematically, so its ok. Doesnt bother me that much tbh
