What do vs. Akali?

Basically spam ping whenever you see her leave lane, and maybe have your jungler sit around mid when she's about to hit 6 since akali's always all in at 6. She gets shit on if even a single person has an upgraded sweeper trinket or pink ward in a teamfight. Akali is a relitively easy lane to shut down. She has a very obvious power spike at 6 and then all ins or roams. Deny her getting fed during that time and you're golden.

His Q applies to stealthed targets His W is AOE, so if you walk into her shroud, you'll deal damage His passive way reduces her damage to you

Pink wards and oracles.

I've never seen an Akali rage so hard as when, as a support, I would drop a pink ward as soon as she put up her circle of doom. She died instantly, even though she was fed since my team could actually focus her. In all chat she kept screaming "I HATE F@KIN PINK WARDS!"

We ended up winning easily after that as she had kill-starved all the lanes so they couldn't stop us marking through to their nexus.

what to do vs akali? avoid getting pooped on ;l its really that simple... you see akali? yeah avoid her dont even go near her touch her only with 20 ft poles but just fking avoid her

and when needed, just get a pink ward and cc

Pink wards are useful so she can't just go into her shroud and wait for cooldowns. MR is useful to mitigate her damage. In teamfights focus her (use CC and just make sure she doesn't last long). In lane let her push and cs under or next to your tower (If she goes in she'll take turret agro). Haave you jungler gank... a lot. Everytime I've done terrible on Akali is because the enemy jungler camped me.

Laning against her or in general?

Laning against Akali:

1. Abuse her pre-6, do not let her Q > AA/E you, Q itself does low damage, it's the proc that's hurting you so much
2. Push her to her turret to force her to focus on her farming (also makes it harder for her to roam, and punishes her if she chooses to roam)
3. Do not get baited into fighting her in her shroud, where she will most likely win the trade because she will avoid a lot of your trading potential
4. Use pink wards/Oracle's Lens to deny her the safezone that is her shroud
5. If draft and Akali is going to be in your lane, choose a champion with either an escape or a good way to disengage
6. Exhaust, Heal and Barrier are all good ways to mitigate her burst; Ignite is an interesting choice because it reduces her healing (her spellvamp is a lot of her trading power) and it gives vision of her
7. I've seen people build Twin Shadows against Akali in lane, not a bad idea but pop the ghosts** before** she goes invisible, they will not find her if she is stealthed when you activate them

Simple Solution...

Pick Fiddles and laugh at his inability to do anything.

Ban her.

Ban her. If it's a normal, then just do your best not to feed after she hits six and manage how aggressive you play against her pre 6.

pink wards, build mr/slightly tanky, try to burst her down with a powerful ult like Syndra's, Lee really counters her, he's more mobile and he has 2 vision abilities.
