default keybindings work just fine for most, honestly the only reason I see to change them is if you have a specific handicap.

I must be strange, I play as if I'm playing a mmorpg. I completely changed all my keys because moving the screen using the mouse is so strange and uncomfortable for me. I move screen with WASD. Skills are 1-4. Q/E summoners. R,F,C,X,Z,Space are items.... o-o

I switch all of my keybindings to smartcast for q,w,e,r,1,2,3,d,f. 4-7 are for items like sight stone that i don't want quick cast items on, but having 1/2/3 for things like makaels helps. I use t to toggle between camera lock and unlock. I use space as my "target champions only" key, very useful for spells like lulu's e where you don't want to hit minions.

One of the best things i have done was buy a $10 gaming mouse and bind 2 item actives to the side of the mouse. Makes it 10x easier to learn and fluidity of actives.
