So I think I'm pretty good at Anivia and was wondering how I could master her and become better than froggen with her (that's a joke) but seriously and tips? I don't find her that difficult, but everyone says she is.

Some tips to keep in mind.

-You can start teleporting as Anivia before you die, and continue teleporting while Eggnivia (so long as you aren't Hard CC'd). Super situational, and many would argue Ignite is better on her anyways.

-Casting your wall at the perfect moment will interrupt pretty much every dash that isn't unstoppable. For some reason the way gap closers work, if terrain is made in their path during their jump, even if they can clear it, it will displace them. So if you can get the timing right, you effectively have anti-mobility.

-Don't be afraid to drop some damage for tankiness if you're dealing with assassins everywhere. Due to the amount of mana and mana regen you buy, sacrificing some burst for survivability will give you more time in fights to hang around while remaining relevant because her base damage is obscene. Plus it's just hilarious when you get warmogs and everyone has to stop for an hour to kill Eggnivia in the middle of a team fight.

-FREAKING GET MS QUINTS WHY IS A BIRD SO FREAKING SLOW

Best tip I can give you with Anivia is max E. When you are level 6, trade using the following combo : E then toggle R before it hits enemy for the double damage from being a forsted target. Just turn on ult for a sec then shut it off to conserve mana, the purpose is solely for the increased damage the E does to a frosted target and conserving mana in trade. maxing Q is unreliable, its easily dodgeable .

Shes easy to pick up, but shes really hard in teamfights to position. If you get caught out, you're dead unless u can wall off a small path. Generally at level one, you should be farming and trying to land a double damage Q (explode it after they get hit by it so they get dmged twice) At level two, you can go super aggro and usually pick up first blood since your E does insane dmg early on. A frosted E can do like 1/4th of someone's hp not counting autos, ignite, or her Q. At level 6 onwards, just farm like a motherfucker and harrass once in a while so you dont overextend. Also, do E-R. Don't R then E.

I'm with Cocolow, but the only Anivia "tip" I ever give anyone is: When you W/R someone wait for them to show which way they are going to run then throw your q right at the edge of your w and they usually run right into it.
