Lookin for high utility mages
Been learnin a few mages and i find that i like tha ones with good utility so if i fall behind ill still be useful. im liking

hey man, i don't play much mid, but when i do i have found viktor to be just insanely versatile, top, or mid, the different upgrade paths with his core is great for the laning phase, i love taking q upgrade vs slippery assassins and e for wave clear and pressure. he also can do exceptionally well with most ap items in the game a feature that has really endeared me to him. i find it pretty easy to adjust my build path depending on how i am doing in lane mid game. i highly recommend lich bane ;-). late game he just does insane damage. give him a try, and maybe also annie, annie is always useful, is very easy to lane, she is VERY good top too insane sustain with 21/0/9 and 10% cdr runes, you wont push a good annie top out of lane. stuns aoe and tibber can tank stuff, with good cdr hes like always up. those are my suggestions. good luck.
may be for you then. High base damage, good CC, and can build tanky and still get away with it.
His damage scaling is low, so you mostly want a spell penetration / durability setup. But he has a ton of CC and can be a great peeler if you can land your Q and E.
