strategies against fid support?
Was a jinx last game, me and my twisted fate support were crushed by him.
Not sure how I should have acted in that situation.

Get a better support.
No, I'm serious. You need a support that can CC right on that nick of time, not waiting for that 0.5s gold/red card.
Well, I'm not the greatest player so I don't know if what I say will help or not (or if it's even good advice), but here goes! The most annoying thing about Fid support are the silencing crows. When you see him running towards you, it'd be a good idea to run back so it bounces between the minions instead. Also, keep vision in the lane bushes so you don't get any surprises.
I was told once to just bully the fiddle. If hes lvling his crows, then he has no decent escape. If he has to level his CC/healing, then he has no damage. Take advantage of his incredible squishiness
Here's a few suggestions:
- TF isn't a support and he will never be one, not even a little good.
- Fiddle is VERY squishy so pick someone with pretty good engage like Leona
