Advice for winning ranked games?

So every time I play ranked, it ends in defeat. I'm on a 8 game losing streak and it seems to get worst every game. I'm looking for advice on how I can not lose every game. I've tried to roam and get kills for other players, but they just continue dying and feeding the enemies. I'm not the best farmer but I've been trying to get better. I main mid and am an okay jungler. If anyone has any tips on how I can stop losing every game and climb out of Silver IV, it would be very appreciated.

Here's a link to my match history so you can see I'm not just trash: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA1/219864468?matchType=2

  1. After you kill your opponent, or they go back, use your skills to push the lane hard and then you go back. This will cause their tower to kill YOUR minions, denying your opponent the experience and gold he would have gotten if the lane pushed at its natural pace

  2. Use your trinket to ward the intersection between the enemy red buff, the enemy raptors, and the entrance to your lane. Most junglers look for a gank after killing their red buff, as the buff allows them more kill pressure. Warding that intersection will allow you to stay safe. This rule generally applies to mid lane, if you're top lane or something, ward based on what side you're on and how pushed you are. Here is a picture on where you should be warding http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/attachment.php?attachmentid=867791

  3. If you're jungling, try to gank a lot, and try to let your laner get the kill. This will lead to your laners getting an advantage and not needing your help anymore, while the enemy will rage at their jungler for not ganking or saying " omg gg getting camped." This will ruin their morale, and distract them from the game

  4. In teamfights, always focus the carries/person that does the most damage. People in lower elos tend focus enemies based on HEALTH, so most often the squishy support will die first while the enemy mid laner and adc dish out A LOT of damage.

  5. Don't go X build based on Y champion. Always switch up your build based on your opponent, and their team. For example, if I'm playing Talon mid and I'm against a Diana, getting hexdrinker early will DRASTICALLY reduce her kill pressure. Most assassins have JUST the right amount of damage to 1-0 someone. If you get that extra resistance, it will increase your survivability greatly. You don't have to finish the whole item right away, just get the component that is effective against your opponent. If i'm against an AP top laner like Vladimir or Rumble, I get the specter's cowl pretty early, but hold off finishing the spirit visage until later in the game. If they have a lot of CC ( Ashe, Leona, etc) get merc treads. If they have a lot of autoattack based champs like a Vayne Top, Jinx ADC, Xin Zhao jungle, get a ninja tabi. So on and so forth.

Also, don't just roam when you feel like it. There's a time and place to roam. If your opponent can push really hard, don't go bot because your opponent can just take your tower while you're going a mission that's 50/50 you'll kill anyone. Only roam when your opponent is dead, or has went to base. You push out the wave, and then roam to top/bot. Always stay positive, even if you aren't. If the score is 11-20, don't type " GG JUNGLER HASNT GIVEN ME A SINGLE BLUE THIS GAME, GG NO GANKS, GG BOT IS TRASH, GG FRIKIN TOP LANER NEVER TELEPORTS, GG I GOT COUNTERED." Giving false hope is better than ruining morale. If you say " hey guys, if we can catch someone out then we can force baron 5v4 and push turrets. Lets put some wards around so we can make picks on people" this will give your team a PURPOSE. You have to remember that there are HUMANS on the other side of the screen, they have emotions too, whether it be anger, joy, desperation, or anything.

ALWAYS be positive, you won't lose anything for being positive, and you might get wins cause of it, it sets the mood of the team especially in champ select.

"Learn to dodge" is really a horrible bit of advice given what I have seen in your match history.

I see that you aren't just "trash", but I also see a huge problem: You have some serious deficiencies in your last hitting. If you are only getting 70 CS in a 20 minute game, 139 CS in a 36 minute game, or even 117 CS in a 42 minute game, you are not getting the job done. You are going to stay silver for the immediate and foreseeable future with such abysmal last hitting. It doesn't matter how many kills or how many assists you grab on assassin champions like Ahri and Fizz, if you aren't getting gold from the creeps, you are going to be severely destroyed. Even in the games that you have actually won in ranked, you have been carried by your team because your ability to earn gold is crippled without reasonable CS.

One thing that many low Elo summoners don't really understand is that if you can control your minion waves with good, strong CS ability, you can keep pressure on all of the enemy's towers. You will gain objectives much easier. You can push up your ward lines past the river a lot more safely. You can set up picks in the jungle while the enemy team has to defend their turrets from being taken down by minion waves. If you are roaming (as many good mid laners will do), it means that you need to get as much gold out of your minions as you can before you push them into your enemy's turret. The better you get at that, the more pressure you put on their mid laner to keep up. Work on your CS and own your lane. Dominate the late game by using your gold advantage from last hitting to outscale the enemy. To climb, you need to carry your games instead of being carried.

Another observation is that you never upgrade your trinket. This means that you are constantly at a vision disadvantage and probably don't view this as high of a priority as you should. I didn't go into the detailed match reports on any of your games, but I'm pretty sure I don't need to. If you're not buying pink wards, using your yellow trinket consistently, or upgrading your trinket to allow for wider spread vision, you are never going to climb. As an assassin, it is in your best benefit to have vision of the enemy when they split from their team. You can use that advantage to get the jump on the enemy and pick them off to give your team more pressure on the objectives on the map. Vision is king in this game. If you don't worship the king, you are going to lose and lose a lot.

My last bit of advice is that you can't hold your standards to what your teammates are doing. If you're focusing on how your team is feeding or dying, you are less focused on the mistakes you are making. You need to win your lane, win it hard, and then look at the other areas of the map that you can help out in. Don't roam when you are behind. Look at the item builds of the other lanes before you decide to roam and be sure that you can give an advantage where you are going to. Don't feed the other laners a kill because they have stronger items than you and your teammate. If you focus on your own play and how you can use your own strength to force the game, that's when you will start to carry.

Good luck on your climb.

I'm 0-5 after my placement matches and my tip to you is that you HAVE to play your A game. Your opponents will notice if you are the weak link in the team and abuse you if that is the case.

( I'm typing in separate posts because I think of some new advice ) If you're on a losing streak, take a break and play some normals. Once you get confident in your self, go back to ranked and play with a positive attitude. Since you seem to play assassins ( Ahri/Fizz), and I play a lot of assassins too, my advice would be to be very aggressive. Assassins are all about getting a lead and snowballing it. If you never get a lead, how are you going to win? Constantly harass your opponent, get them low. Go in for the kill, push the wave, then go back to base and buy. Once you kill them about 2 or 3 times you can look for a roam, because you can afford missing some cs and still having an advantage. Don't roam too much though, or you will lose your experience and gold advantage. Its just as important helping top lane as it is helping bot. Their jungler can't be everywhere at once. Help top so he can just dominate his lane and constantly be pushing, putting pressure on top. The same will happen with bot. No matter where their jungler goes, they will lose in some way because you just push other lanes.
