Can Someone Teach Me to Carry?

So for the past week or so I've been struggling to climb through silver 2-3 elo. Most of time I win my lane (usually adc) and at some points get to a place where I could carry some games. My problem is that I've never really been able to carry with a team as heavy as several semi-trucks. Its really tough to keep a good attitude towards a teammate that it 1/7 while your 5/0 coming out of lane. I seem to get teams that argue and focus more on wanting to kill our team than the other team. I know I'm probably complaining but I'm just frustrated with having to deal with this. If anyone can help me climb out of this problem or help me learn to carry while my teammates are behind and I'm ahead, that would be great.
