Bing: You can get anywhere between 20 and 30 points per day just by searching (PC and mobile). The also occasionally allow you to do things to get bonus points. I was a Bing member for 3 months, so they just gave me 10 points. It takes 525 points to get a $5 gift card. So it's something that if you create 3 accounts and do this daily, in about 17-21 days, you can have $15 in RP.
Coke Points: It's caps from bottles, and if you buy a 12 pack of cans, they have points on the box as well. It was 300 points for 650 RP, and each cap is 3 points. However, occasionally you can find bonus points. Last year, they have 200 free points when you signed up for American Airlines rewards...I did that on 3 accounts.
Shopkick-The points vary by store and item scanned. Weekends usually have walk-ins worth more points. The rumor is that the walk-ins use bluetooth, while the scans use data. I've always had both, so i've never tested it.
Swagbucks-It's an app and a web site. I would suggest when you sitting down playing LEague or watching TV, put the app on your ipad and let it run through videos. This is the slowest of the methods from what i've seen, but it is almost no effort just letting the videos run. You get points for every 5 (or so) videos "watched."
Like i said, i've used all of these myself. They are all very reliable and secure. It's not like those weird pay for survey apps out there.
