Soraka has Hidden Crit?

So I was looking through my friend's matches and saw one from when we were playing together in Poro King mode with a bunch of friends, and I noticed that I, as Soraka, got a 165 critical hit. I am wondering how I got the critical hit as my items did not have any crit chance on them.

On a side note: I know we lost and we did terrible, but it was a fun game. (And I find it funny I had the most damage dealt to champions) But this is mostly about the mystery with that odd crit I had.

When a minion or champion is within the center of your Q it will do extra damage (crit). that is what the stats screen is telling you.

"Enemies standing in the center take 50% increased damage and are slowed for 2 seconds"

I didn't know it counted as a crit, would item 3031 increase the damage it does then? What about Caitlyn's Headshots?

Caitlyns head shots are just an increase to damage but they can crit if you have crit chance.

item 3031 only increases auto crits as they do 200% of your damage so it wouldn't do anything with the soraka Q and even if it did you would never build it on her because AP items scale better with the abillity.
