Khazix surivability

i play him quite a bit in the jungle, not so much in lane; i honestly don't feel he's good as a top/mid laner. At his release, people used to play him mid, build Tear, and spam rockets. Those have been heavily nerfed since then, so his kit just works best in the jungle.

If you want to survive as khazix, remember two things:

1. Unless you are REALLY ahead, you need to build at least one tank item

   After i complete my jungle item and boots , unless i am significantly ahead i always build a , just for survivability; then build this into , or build instead (if they are almost all AD). Then you go your typical damage items (should be intuitive). Late in the game, if you are still dying too much, a GA is a solid pickup (Kha doesn't need to be glass cannon to assassinate)

2. You have to be really smart about when you jump on someone (i still struggle with this)

   Before you get a couple of items, and especially before you evolve you Q at level 6, you are very vulnerable in 2 v 1 situations (you will almost certainly die every time). During a skirmish or team fight, don't go all J4 or Garen on them; hang back and wait for a priority target to be isolated, then go in (ALWAYS evolve your E, his jump, by level 11 at the latest; this is his most essential evolved skill).

   Khaz's ult can be a bit tricky to use; i use it to help ganks (that extra second of invisibility leaving the bot river bush, etc.), escape tricky situations (it has a low CD, so don't be afraid to burn it to survive), and for assassination: remember, bc of khaz's passive, you get a buttload of extra damage after you're hidden from enemy vision. After you jump on a target, Q+AA (you can Q while in the air, FYI), W, then ult; often, the target won'e be able to retaliate bc you just turned invisible. Then Q+AA again, and unless their team comes to save them, the target should be dead. Your next ult proc can then finish off the target or be used to help escape.

   Most people don't evolve his ult, preferring to evolve his missiles instead, but i feel that evolving his ult is pretty underrated. If your team is severely lacking waveclear or CC, evolve your W for sure, but if you find you are having trouble surviving teamfights, and need that skirmish power, go ahead and evolve your R at level 16. the extra invisibility time, reduced damage during ult, and extra proc all do wonders for your survivability.

Stop taking him into lane, he's a primary jungler and his kit really isn't meant for laning play.

If yowling you need to start flask 3 or cloth 5. You use your ultimate after you proc your passive on somebody already or use it to escape/chase someone.
