If you make an ass of yourself, other people are gonna give a shit. If you make the same mistake again, they will report you to stop that from happening again. But if it keeps happening and you're chat/rank-restricted, dear God. How are they supposed to take you seriously when you complain that people don't like you for being toxic. If the Terms of Use, Summoner's Code, and in-game warnings tell you what to do to not let that happen and you don't do it, which then results in your restriction/banning, hell yeah I'm everyone's gonna roll their eyes at you.
