do you get placed with toxic players if you are reported a lot.

and if it does when do you get out? I havent been notified if I am in low priority queue or anything either.

No such thing happens. RIOT doesn't want to make a prisoner's island sort of thing, and have stated that many times.
No. This is referred to as "prisoner's island" and riot has spoken out against its use multiple times.
That isn't what low priority queue is in league. Low priority queue is just an extra wait timer before you can join a game, nothing more. Which is the penalty for leaving too many games.
I really wish they would make it so that instead of a perma they got placed with players who act similar to them so they could be on the receiving end.
Just because the police say their isn't systemic racism in the works, doesn't mean its true, as such has been revealed. JUST BECAUSE RIOT SAYS THERE ISN'T A PRISONER ISLAND, DOESNT MEAN ITS TRUUUUEEEE.
