help getting out of bronze/silver

I need help, im in bronze and i just need to know a carry champ because mine use to be liss. But now everybody uses tanks. So the cc is useless late game team fights. i want to adc but Rito always give me last pick. I have no idea why... I try to press acept fast but i still get last pick and its kinda of frustrating.
