Yeah and oj didnt murder those people because if he did he would be in prison because the justice system (Much like riot's) is flawless and has never gone wrong! On the real my friend who hardly plays and doesnt rage got a week ban, I think he legit got banned for being bad LOL
The number of false positives is low enough that saying 'if you got banned, you deserve it' is generally accurate.
If you genuinely feel that you(or your friend) didn't, then send a ticket and request a review. They'll remove it if they're wrong.

So, if your friend received a one-week ban, it's most likely not related to the behavioral system or toxicity.
In most cases though, if you got banned you deserve it.
If you are even just half a saint, you should be able to forward a ticket to Riot and get it removed.
I say should, because just like their banning system, it isn't perfect.
False bans happen from time to time. Luckily there's a system in place for that which doesn't involve complaining on the forum.
