You have no damage to back up the hurricane so unless your team is owning face, it isnt good, you need some kind of backing for it, like bork or ie

runnas = early game item if you get it first, botrk second, greaves, ie, etc.

but getting that bork second is risky cause there is not way to say that you WILL be safe enough to farm it and you damage wont be in place to kill anyone unless your team giftwraps it or you are kalista against an ezreal. You have no backing to make sure you will be able to get your items and still carry your way to win the game, if your team is owning face, sure its good but doing it every game, you are lowering your ability to carry early enough to make a difference and win the game

How about an Elixir of Wrath into Runaans? When needed, will increase your AD to fasten clear and will help you heal

You can't get it until level 9, though. At that point, pushing is better than proxy farming in pretty much every way.

If you are going runnan build get botrk and generaly avoid crit items also get black cleaver

I don't know if you have enough early game damage to clear wave before you get your Runaan's. If you can solve that somehow, then I think it will be pretty viable, since you have a decent escape.

I meant rush runaan's then go into their base and proxy e.g two lanes.

What exactly about that situation makes the enemy mid behind at all? they are still getting cs and then free kills against your mid laner since they have gold and your mid dosent. oh yeah and your support basically has nothing to do and no really way to get exp.

i wasnt talking about adc twitch, i meant top/mid, if you are top your mid doesn't get cs for 3 waves and the enemy won't either (unless full mana karthus, good farming zed, good farming yasuo etc) Mid laners arent good at csing under t most of the time.

thats just on them then. i can cs under tower just fine as janna if the wave is pushed up when adc is on the way back. even if they dont get a single minion though they will still get the exp, and most mids scale well with levels.

Double cs and pressure on 2 lanes is still not worth holding back mid for 2 - 4 waves? kill me now.

the same cs you are adding is being taken from mid. and what pressure? your jungler cant really gank top or mid, and now there is no one stopping their top from killing a wave proxying the next and then taking your jungle too.

the endless waves pushing into top tower stops top fro taking YOUR Jg, if they do they lose towers. the cs i get is being taken from mid - none is lost due to shit csing in low elo.
