You have no damage to back up the hurricane so unless your team is owning face, it isnt good, you need some kind of backing for it, like bork or ie
Why not Brutalizer into Runaans and then turn Brut to Ghostblade
I don't know if you have enough early game damage to clear wave before you get your Runaan's. If you can solve that somehow, then I think it will be pretty viable, since you have a decent escape.
