Is it just me or?

It's a celebration. Not sure why. I do it too. Maybe we just like to get our last few moves in since we know it no longer matters.

I do my best to get to the surrendering team's Nexus to make sure everyone has to see my champion's emotes during the victory/defeat screen.

I always use all my actives (including items, spells and summoner spells) when I see them surrendering.

I feel as if its my victory dance, so i flash closer to th' base and do a little emote : D

Blowing all of your abilities and summoners when the enemy surrenders is just being respectful. After all, if you hold onto all those cooldowns, it's like saying your opponents are so trash that you don't even need them to beat the enemy.
