Can someone tell me on how to deal with tryndamere in lane
I find him more annoying than gnar, i wanna know some counterplay measures against him

Play ranged cancer champs that he can't dive like Quinn, Gnar and Lissandra. Have to be relentless with poke. Freeze right in front of your tower so he's vulnerable to ganks; he has no real waveclear so he can't shove wave into you that easily.
It's kinda hard to give advice without knowing what champs you play against him, but some general tips:
frozen heart is great if you're a tank because it lowers his attack speed
be relentless with your poke
when he's 6 try and kite him to minimize his DPS
Hope he doesn't randomly crit you twice in lane
It really depends on what champions you play against him. For some general advice:
- When Tryndamere uses his ultimate, you want to try and kite him out using CC or slow to reduce the number of autoattacks he deals to you, not just fight him straight up.
- As a tank or bruiser, getting an early Thornmail can make it very difficult for Tryndamere to actually fight you, though he can still try to farm around you. I'drecommend getting Giant's Belt and Thornmail instead of a Randuin's Omen or Sunfire Cape for early survivability, though you can get an offensive item first if you want. Alternatively, Sunfire Cape is a good rush item.
- Ninja Tabi and the Reinforced Armor mastery can greatly reduce Tryndamere's damage because he relies on autoattacks and critical strikes.
- Before he has crit chance through items, Tryndamere is very reliant on his passive for damage. If you can force trades when he doesn't have fury, such as when he comes into lane, you can easily win the trade. In addition, if you see him use his Q for sustain, fight him before he can get the fury back.
For champions to take against Tryndamere, I've had success with the following:
If you plan to fight him I wouldn't recommend building straight damage. You want to get some armor and health to help you endure trades against him and to outlive his ultimate.
Later in the game, Tryndamere's primary role is to splitpush, since he's not that great at teamfighting. Therefore, champions capable of clearing minion waves or countering his splitpush are good choices to take against him. In addition, warding so you know where he will push ahead of time gives you time to position yourself to counter him or to force and engagement on his team while you have a numbers advantage.

His fury bar gives him more crit chance. Up to 40% if full. Until he builds fury he is weak early. Don't let him build fury for free level 1. Push the lane a little and attack him when he attempts to auto spam minions for fury.
Rushing Frozen Heart helps. So does Randuin's Omen.
