Laning with Lucian
Is it just me or is Lucian weak as shit? I'm a support main and I'd rather lane with literally anyone else.

Yeah he is rather weak in the current meta, but he does have a few buffs on the PBE. So its something.
He's pretty good but not everyone is a good Lucian.
It also depends what support you play, he does amazing with Thresh (whom I don't play myself). I've had good success with him with Janna and Nami too.
I think Lucian is pretty decent and really good if you're a good adc.
