tips against going against malphite as volibear
I need some tips against this specific match up, i get crapped on by the walking cinderblock

then don't fight him, just farm. his poke is going to really do nothing against someone who has built in sustain, as long as you don't get in melee range then you'll be fine. also build a hexdrinker or a bit of MR so he doesn't slam dunk ult you and do alot of damage.
I can say as volibear if you absolutely have to go against malphite, building a bit of magic resist will help greatly, or build more ad
Malphite is meant to fuck up AD autoattackers, and all of Volibear's damage is through AD and autoattacks.
It's like asking what to do when you're:

Some matchups you just can't win. All you can do is play it safe and farm up, hope your team wins the other lanes and pray you are a bigger teamfight asset than he is.
