Is xin zhao a good jungler

I am not here to learn u how to play xin xhao, but you shouldnt use any runes or masteries

He synergizes well with So, yah, he's decent. I think high ranked play he kind of falls off though. People too good at not letting you get into a fight without flash.

for you being level 22 and i dont think you understand runes and masteries yet. are probably the best champions to play in the jungle.

Assuming this isn't your smurf, he is first of all really easy to use and learn the jungle with.

He's also very strong right now. He synergizes very well with Sated Devourer, and unlike most other champions of that type he can actually have a high impact in the early game through his good ganking.
