Morellonomicon?
Whenever I buy morellonomicon instead of athenes, I always feel like I wasted money, and my mana regen doesnt get any better. Is the item worth anything?

It's extremely cost efficient in terms of AP and CDR, however if you need more mana than it provides, then I'd go Athenes.
The passive makes a large chunk of the difference, lower healing, it works against tons of champions:
Or any ADC with 
OR ANY CHAMP THAT CAN HEAL
If you can can get them to about half health it does not matter about health regen because you have grievous wounds, one of the only ways to get it besides ignite.
