Not a single person upgrades their trinket unless you tell them. Half of the time they didn't even know it existed. Please put trinket upgrades in the recommended items tab.

Why not just put the final upgrade as a recommended starting item? (Core item for supports since they switch from yellow to red after buying Sightstone.) Give the upgrade as much visibility as possible.

It really doesn't make any sense, at all. Three wards isn't enough coverage for your team, and an non-upgraded trinket isn't enough to cover all the choke points and objectives for even one lane. Not to mention that an upgraded trinket recharges at a steady rate, making it subjectively better than a sightstone for a laner.

Tsk, what a shame. Wards cost a fraction of the cheapest items and can net you kills and prevent your deaths. Pretty worth the money if you ask me.

you mean in the "Core item slot" that most champs have Boots+2 items in. The ones that they are getting at level 9 when the most powerful item in the game becomes available.

YES! I am definitely supporting this addition! It would help every support so much if everyone would be warding. Imo the item 3361 is the best option to ward in post-level-9 situation due its ability to generate green wards!

if a support doesn't have sight stone, they shouldn't be supporting, you can't use the 60 second wards from the trinket, and sight stone, sight stone > warding totems, sweeper lens is a must

just an FYI, never upgrade to the pink warding totem, you should be buying pink wards and normal wards, as matter of fact, your first back to the base you should acquire the sweeper lens, and upgrade it at lvl 9

Enemy team has a Vayne / Akali / Rengar / etc. and you are a squishy champion who might not survive long enough to reveal them with your sweeper? Buy pink ward trinket.

if you use your sweeper lens too late, it's your own fault, what if you drop your pink ward too late, you still die, the warding totem is useless late game, as any body

If you are a squishy champion ranged champion, you should be in the back line, but the invisible attackers are in the front line - where you shouldn't be with your sweeper.

Instead, you should drop a pink ward just as the fight starts, which has more range and lets you drop back into the backline for safety.

no. lol. advanced sweeper gives you an oracles, you don't just drop your lens at the start of a fight, you use it to your advantage, it gives much more of an advantage than a pink ward, at least know what you're talking about before you try to argue the sense i try to reason with you xD

i think I'd rather have the pink ward trinket rather than buy a pink ward every time I back when I'm facing invisible champs.

the upgraded sweeper lens reveals stealth.... the pink warding totem is literally bronze strat lol, if you have ever played in plat/diamond than you will know that the sweeper lens is a must....

also, if you are spam putting down pink wards, you are giving them free gold, you buy a normal pink ward, put it in a place it will be helpful or last long, the sweeper lens is the most efficient way to deal with stealth... item 3364

It doesn't seem to matter when I tell them to do so, my team-mates never listen. I ask them to upgrade their trinket and they usually tell me to **** off or say something stupid like "YOU upgrade YOUR trinket" when mine has been upgraded since I hit lvl 9. Putting it in recommended would definitely help in that people are a lot of times firm believers that the recommended items won't steer them wrong, so that MIGHT help with the problem.

yeah i can't tell you how many times my team has been getting their ass kicked by a shaco, teemo, evelynn, etc and i keep telling everyone to get an oracle lens and pink wards and i'm still the only one that has one 30 minutes into the game. sadly i don't think putting it on the front page would help much.

If they do this they'll probably forget half the champion pool. Just like they did with jungle items and "auto detecting if you took smite"

I can probably add to this. Make the upgraded trinket icons 25% larger and then put it under a title saying. "Please Buy Me... Please item 2050 item 3070 "

and when I reccomend then my team says "hell no I don't want to 'waste' 250 gold on a warding totem." it honestly dumbfounds me... so I say keep it a secret, because even if it was in the recommended slots it wouldn't be used
