Placement in my provisionals, Help!
So I was silver 2 last season. Yeah I know, haha im a noob. Anyway Would it be possible to get placed in gold in my provisionals? If so, about a guess on how many Id have to win? Thanks much!! :)

Basically from what I've seen if you don't go 10/10 you have no chance of a higher elo. If you go anything less than 8/10 you will probably get slammed into bronze.

Your MMR is what is going to determine where you get placed, the Placement matches only barely affect it. You ARE going to be placed lower than where your MMR is, that is the point of a new season; to make us all work back up the ladder. If your MMR was really low, you're probably going to get placed in Bronze. If your MMR was really really high, like Gold 3 somehow, you might get Gold 5 but that's unlikely. At best I think you could hope for S2 or 3 if your MMR was high and you do good in the Placements.
Completely IMPOSSIBLE!!! Even if you win 10 games you will get demoted. Riot will make you play more and more. It's their way of keeping you in the game grind hoping you would buy more shit with real money.
