It's unfortunate, but when you DC for longer than 5 minutes, the game labels you as a leaver perpetually. OP seemed to have DC'd at about 16~ minutes into the game and came back around 24~ minutes. So, naturally, he'd lose LP. Not that it seems to matter much since it's preseason, but still. Even if it was just a simple problem with the wifi, longer than 5 minutes is pretty much a guaranteed a loss in LP.
