Is it possible to leave Bronze with only one champion?
Say I only play one champion from now on, will I be able to just carry myself to like, say, gold?

As others have said, the short and long answer is Yes.
But, what you haven't asked is: Will playing one champion get you there faster than playing more than one champion?
If by "just carry" you mean that you will automatically win your games, then the answer is almost certainly No because you still have to get good enough to win.
Playing one champion can get you there faster, if you really like playing the champion you choose. The reason it can get you there faster is because instead of learning how every champion interacts with every other champion (which is more than 10000 possible matchups), you just learn how one champion interacts with the others (which is something slightly more than 100 different matchups). That's a lot of mental space. Moreover, once you pass the hurdle of becoming mechanically skilled with one champion (instead of a dozen), you free up space to master other non-champion specific aspects of the game.
Long answer: It's possible, but it's a good idea to have a contingency plan when it's picked/banned away from you, you'll be in a bad matchup, or you can't get your lane. Those who refuse to take other lanes or champions just dodge though, but if your champion is popular you won't be able to dodge them all.
you can play one champion to diamond easily granted you are really good with the champion. I would just stick to trying to learn the game not just one champion it will hinder you most of the time
Annie bot for example, I believe, has only played Annie to get to challenger. Or mostly Annie at least. Short answer: yes
Yes. That is assuming you are granted a role that allows that champion to be played in often. Like Malphite for example, never banned and can be played top, jungle, support, and occasionally mid lane.
Yes you can pretty easily. I think it works really well because after you get good with a champ you can just focus on game mechanics like last hitting, map awareness, or just general game knowledge like when to do baron. I played mostly warwick to silver and now I play wukong and janna in plat mostly.
Yes, if that champion can fill multiple roles.
can all do 3 roles if you are good with them.
