Which account should I main

So I just typed up a massive thread and somehow it didn't load.

All in all, what I typed up in that thread was that I wanted to improve on being a nicer/less toxic player. And by receiving my gift from Riot on another account it helped me realize I can do way better in terms of progressing.

1st Account - Silver 4 (kinda bad mmr). All champs. A ton of skins. Chat ban = 100.

2nd Account = Silver 2 (decent mmr). 80% of champs. A good amount of skins. Chat ban = 200. Ranked restriction = 35. What makes this account attractive to me is the fact that its 2 divisions higher, but having chat bans and such derives me from focusing on becoming a non-toxic player because not being able to say coming after blue, drag is up, etc. is really upsetting.

3rd Account = Level 11. 7 champions. The account I got my gift on that helped change my attitude. I can easily xp/ip boost it to 30 and actually work on my attitude more and focus on what I want to do for Season 5 (this seems super beneficial, IDK what yall think).
