I need help on

deciding which account I should main. This past season I'll admit I have been a toxic player, but recently I decided I really wanted to enjoy league again, and to me, it all starts when I stop taking the game way too seriously. Receiving the mystery skin recently on my 4th account made me realize I can do way better in terms of ignoring other trolls/toxic players and focusing on MY game and ENJOYING league again by abiding summoner's code.

So I wanted to get y'alls opinions on which account would be worth maining.

1. My main account is Silver 4, has all the champs, and a great amount of skins. My issue is that I gain 1720 LP per win on it and lose about 1315 and still having chat ban and not being able to communicate (saying things like drags up at x time, coming bot after blue, etc.) derives me from focusing on becoming a better/nicer player.

2. My 2nd main account is Silver 2 (80 LP), despite the higher elo (which makes the account much more attractive than the first) i currently have 20 games of ranked restriction and a 200 game chat ban. It has a great amount of skins and champs as well, but it also seems like it is not worth it because of the same reason as my main account; having the chat ban doesn't allow me to focus on being better/nicer.

3. My 3rd account is level 27. I can easily get it to 30 and it has a solid amount of champions and 2 basic rune pages. Although, for some reason I was banned on it by violating the Terms of Use which I think was caused by winning way too much when I was leveling it to 30 with xp/ip boosts (I ditched it because it was banned for 2 weeks).

4. My 4th account is level 11 and is the account I received my gift on (which made me realize I can still become a nicer and non-toxic league player). This is the account I am stuck on the most. No chat bans feels great, but having only about 10 champions and having to buy an xp/ip boost again makes the decision of maining it iffy. In the long run it MAY be worth it? Not having a chat ban and relaxing until the account is level 30 and not worrying about negative people ranked (dont get me wrong some are really nice) seems very beneficial.
