what top laner can carry you out of bronze and silver?
i dont want to deal with a ton of bullshit this season, so I just want to know what top laners are super strong in low elo that can carry me out easily.

No one can. A player carries himself out.

A lot of people in Gold and Platinum don't know how to deal with proper splitpushing or to strong him from farming. Bronze and Silver players won't really be able to do anything.
Great as an assassin/tank. Strong mid-game presence and very snowbally if she gets ahead.
Once again, people in low ELOs don't typically know how to deny or fight him or stop his splitpush.
None. When your team feeds you are in the worst position to try and turn it around. You are at the mercy of the rest of your team.
But if you must: 
Top lane has a hard time carrying, I personally prefer mid or ADC and potentially support if your really good. But if you are really into top lane, I recommend 
Some people recommend Irelia, but the way I see it, even if you win lane and your 4/0, but the enemy ADC is 10/0 with a support with good peel, you can't do anything.
I just started ranked but Renekton seems to be a strong top laner.
Any champion honestly. Sure some are better than others. But first, you need to hone your own skills.
If you really believe its the champion and not the player, first decide HOW you want to carry? Split push? 
Do you want to carry by having a game changing ult? 
Do you want to support your team? 
All of them require some skill (some more than others). So focus on YOU.

Wukong will carry you. Pretty easy to get fed early on and then you just auto win teamfights with 5 man knockups since low elo players dont know how to spread out in fights.
For bronze I'd recommend taking whatever champion you're most comfortable with. I think the problem is map awareness, warding, and "knowing when to let go" in that elo. Even in low silver I see a lot of people chase an almost-kill through the enemy jungle, only for them to escape and my teammate die.
Sometimes they stand under towers alone or in low numbers against the enemy team. They think they're safe because of the big bad tower, but towers really aren't the protection they used to be. If a tank gets some cc on you and takes the tower aggro, the rest of them may kill you while he absorbs it's damage. Even if they don't have a tank around, they may start positioning closer to you if the tower is close to death. You need to know the times when your presence may be an actual threat to them, and when you're just dessert after supper.

Out of all these suggestions I've seen, just go Nasus. He's a tanky mofo requiring absolutely no skill for skill shots as everything is targeted, aoe, or on-hit. With Nasus, all you gotta do is not fuck up killing a minion. That is literally it.
