Do you lose LP for queue dodging?

Thought I had 11 LP, dodged a queue, now I have 8? Also notice I have 0 LP when coming back from suspensions for verbal reasons.

You lose 3 lp for dodging a ranked queue. And You get auto kicked out of promos if you dodge in promos. Hope this was helpful :P
