Just a little friendly advice to the bronzies to increase win %
1st off I want everybody to know that I do acknowledge myself as a bronzie, noob player with no hope if ever even becoming averagely decent at this game. I've been flamed, down voted and offered a different perspective that is better than mine (or just flat out proves me wrong) a countless amount of times. On rare occasion though, everybody agrees with what I post and supports it. With that said, I think this is one of those rare occasions.
My advice/tip for today: It's OK to let the enemy recall. When you see an enemy champion emit a radiant aura as the clouds part and caress them in a beam of heavenly light, this should not be confused with reaching an extraction point, in which they completted their mission and are victorious. They are simply returning to their fountain.
This means it is not necessary that you must chase them down to the end of our flat planet and push them into the abyss. Believe it or not, the only place they're probably going to go, is to their fountain and then return with full health.
Even if they have TP, you can make use of those precious seconds by pushing the lane, believe it or not, killing those cute little creatures that travel down the lane often lead to victory. Those missile shooting thingies... not indestructible, destroying them are also a key factor to winning the game.
Example: It was a 5v5 situation at dragon. It turned into a 4v1 situation. The last champion flashed away, my 4 teammates went into pursuit. It then became a 2v1 situation after 1 of my teammates got killed. I saw this as an opportunity to push top while my teammates chased and failed to capture the last champion. I managed to destroy the top 2 outer turrets. The enemy champion ran through the gate thingy between lanes and escaped. By this the enemy team had respawned. I recalled from attacking the top inhibitor turret and my team 2 teammates recalled. This left dragon uncontested for 5 enemies. Congratulations enemy team. So not only did my teammates not get dragon, but they also didn't push their lanes at all, because they were chasing the enemy champion. (I could have solo'd dragon, but it would have taken too long, I figured the 2 turrets were a better trade off).
Regardless, this unskilled, super noob bag of failure carried his team to victory even though his KDA and team KDA were negative. How? Because while the enemy team was doing the same thing my team was doing when they had a low health champ on the run... I was pushing top lane... all the way to fucking NEXUS!
What happened in the final 4 minutes of the game? We could see through wards in the enemy jungle red jungle, they were going to baron. My team went to meet them. I realized we were out of position, and went around. As a 4v5 was happening, they killed 2 of my teammates and lost 2 of theirs. This left a 2v3 as the 2 players from my team retreated. The enemy would have won the game if they didn't have tunnel vision. None the less, the caught both teamates, and killed them both. Then they recalled and I recalled. Unfortunately for them, due to this happening multiple times in the game, I had destroyed all 3 inhibitors literally a full minute prior so winions finished off their base.
My team begged and pleaded for the other team to report me for trolling, said I never helped in team fights. At the end of the match I didn't really have any kills or assists, but I did destroy 8 fucking turrets. YES! 8 FUCKING TURRETS! I repeat, 8 FUCKING TURRETS! While 9 idiots were running around trying to kill each other.
Should every game be played like this, fuck no. But when you see the opportunity to push lanes, take it. I'll take 2 - 4 minion waves and a turret over a kill anyday.
