I tried to make a more unexpected build of an adc so ... i chose kog for the exemple. Build is : Phantom ,Statikk shiv ,wit's end ,Infinity,Berserkers Greaves, Phantom full build cost 15,500 gold 500+210(w at max rank) AA range ( for exemple cait has 650 range) 100% crit chance 1.5 AS runes and mast. aren't important
You can do the same thing with Sated Devourer

AD Vel'koz
can do 1200 per auto (against minions) with 1.88 attack speed with this 100% crit build
and he looks hilarious doing it. Once he gets into auto attack range (525 :( ) he actually loses dps by using anything other than his W.
Edit: tried it in a custom with 9 friends. AWFUL until almost full build. Probably only useful in 1v1s
800 DPS is pretty pathetic for an AD carry bro.
Most hit upwards of 1400 with a normal build.
