URF?

Why Urf was so fun? I know that now is end of summer and we need to wait a lot of time before Urf will come back. Why Riot changed , or tried to change urf is something more balanced? The fun in urf was picking a random champ and just delete enemy team in 10 sec. I play a lot of and when i tried him in urf it was amazing. But the problem is that u can put only 4 or 5 boxes (W) on the map.Which is the reason , taking dragon at lvl 1 or killing enemy with 10 boxes instantly?It's URF , it should be unbalanced, that's the reason why it's fun.
