Okay, so I want to get into playing PvP but the only time I actually play PvP is when me and my group of friends play. Their usually the ones inviting, and they all are average at PvP. I've mostly been playing Co-Op vs Al I stopped about level 15-17? I now only play aram and when I get the chance to play PvP I'm definitely horrible at it. My scores are usually 1/5/6 or something around that. I honestly like to play assassins, marksman or mages. I really want some tips to improve on my skills so I can play PvP.

Also to include, whenever I'm invited to a PvP game I mostly play support since my friends take up the other roles and I'm stuck with support. (Janna Soraka Nunu are the ones I have) Honestly I don't think its the role I'm playing that messes me up. I never try to play PvP alone because I'm too afraid to. Any tips for me so that I can get into playing PvP more often??

just play doesnt matter what reason you dont play you should just play. Farm better and play easy champs like annie and ect

Don't play blind pick. Go draft mode. You can select whatever lane you want depending on your position. If you're at the top banning champions, then you get first pick no matter who calls what. If you're at the bottom you take what is left. This way everyone has a chance to get mid, etc.

Also, you might want to stay away from assassins seeing that they are "high risk-high reward". Maybe play more "stable" champions like bruisers.

P.S.: I was afraid of playing PVP just like you 4 years ago. I ended up playing something like way over 500+ wins in bot games because I was too afraid of playing against real people. Just take your time, if it takes you 1000 games then let it be 1000. Eventually you'll want more challenge and you'll feel more confident, just don't push it. I went from being scared of playing PVP by sticking to bots to reaching gold in ranked. So you also have a chance of reaching success!
